Adminak is a software-as-a-service platform for managing customer conversations, orders, catalog data, and commerce workflows. By using Adminak, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to your workspace and for the actions taken by users you invite to your team.
2. Accounts and access
You must keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support immediately.
- Use a valid email address and accurate account information.
- Do not share your password or authentication credentials.
- Review team access regularly and remove users who no longer need access.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Adminak only for legitimate business activity. The following uses are not allowed:
- Sending spam, abusive messages, or unlawful content.
- Attempting to access another customer’s data or workspace.
- Interfering with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.
- Using automation in a way that violates channel or platform policies.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. If a payment fails or a subscription expires, access to paid features may be limited until billing is resolved.
You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or stated in a separate agreement.
5. Privacy policy
We collect and process data only to operate, secure, support, and improve Adminak. We do not sell your business data or customer conversations.
6. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and login activity.
- Workspace data: store details, products, orders, templates, and team settings.
- Connected channel data: messages and metadata required to support integrations such as Instagram and Telegram.
- Technical data: IP address, device information, browser details, logs, and security events.
7. How we use information
- To provide and maintain the Adminak platform.
- To process customer conversations, orders, and team workflows.
- To send important account, billing, and service notifications.
- To detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
8. Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When an account is closed, data is deleted or anonymized according to our retention procedures.
9. Cookies
Adminak uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, and product functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from working correctly.
